Kent: Mr J - Very impressed with the engineer who arrived promptly and despite the terrible weather was very quick and efficient  when working on site. Very happy with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again.

Hi I would just like to say thank you for pulling out all the stops for me on Friday the 20th April , To the young lady who answered the Phone and put job through on urgent basis as I am Disabled.

Your workman was so polite he put my mind at rest because I needed to put my car in my garage, I will save the receipt just in case I need a locksmith again.

It might seem a little thing but it is my main transport as the parking out side my home is not always available , So a big thanks to all those who help me.

This evening I locked myself out and called Keytek after noticing an ad. I found your staff very polite and prompt and a locksmith was out within 20 minutes.

I found the member of staff who was called out very polite, efficient and prompt. I was in and found my set of keys within 5 minutes of the locksmith arriving.

On the chance I lock myself out again, I intend you use Keytek ( in the nicest way, I intend to not have to use you too soon! ) And will recommend you to any friends/family who require the use of a locksmith.

Dear Sir,

            My son locked himself out of his house this morning and we couldn’t find the spare key here, so I phoned and asked if you could help.

I just want to say thank you so much, the gentleman who came was so relaxed, friendly and helpful! The problem was solved and both our son and I were SO relaxed and happy that it had all been seen to so efficiently and in such a friendly manner, not usual these days!!

Recently we had occasion to call on your company to repair a broken lock on a neighbour’s house while they were aboard, their cat was locked in the house.

We were delighted with the speed and efficiency of your technician’s service. He was at the house within 1 hr, managed to open the door and changed the broken cylinder and left with three keys. His name is Seamus and he came from Nottingham,  he deserves a medal!  

Dear Sir or Madam.

On the morning of Christmas Eve this last year I was locked inside one of my apartment bedrooms due to a faulty lock. Despite all the efforts of my neighbours to free, the door couldn’t be opened. Your details were found in our local yellow pages and we contacted your company for help.

Your locksmith arrived within 1 hr as promised which on Christmas Eve was very impressive in itself. He very quickly drilled the door catch and was able to release me from my temporary prison.

I had visions of having to have the entire lock area removed or the door jam having to be sawed away but he was able to solve the problem without any damage whatsoever to the door. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the problem and the cure and I am indebted to him for all his kind help and assistance. I am so impressed that I have asked him to give me a quote to fit a couple of new door catches in the apartment.

Will you please thank him from a very grateful and satisfied customer. You will probably not get this letter until the New Year but what started off as a disastrous Christmas was soon remedied by your locksmith. Again many thanks. Kindest regards and wishing you all a very happy 2011.

I have had cause to use your services twice in the past couple of months, so I'm writing to say how pleased I have been with the service provided on each occasion.

When your engineer, Neil Williams, phoned to say how long he would be, he was there in the stated time this was a great relief, becuase on his second visit we were locked out. I obtained your number from your advert in the Thompson Local Directory, should I ever need a locksmith again, I would always contact you, plus, recommend you to anyone I knew needing such a service.
