Full Time Control Centre Operatives

Salary: £13,000.00 - £20,000.00 Per Annum

Control Centre Operatives are required for the UK's largest Locksmith Company based in Poole, Dorset. Offering a salary of £13,000 to £20,000 pro rata per annum, full time only (40 hours per week).

As a Control Centre Operative you will be at the forefront of this national company. Liaising both with customers and engineers it will be your role to ensure the smooth running of the service.

Being the first port of call to both engineers and customers it is vital that you have an excellent telephone manner and act quickly in a clear and concise way.

Main Duties:

• Answer all customer and engineer telephone calls to Control Centre in a quick and efficient manner.

• Ensure the highest standards of Customer Service are given at all times.

• Input call details onto the system and ensure engineers & customers are kept up to date & all information is accurate at all times.

• General administration including advert number checking, enquiry call back & office cleanliness.

• Reporting of any system errors or suggested improvements to Supervisors to contribute to the continued smooth running of the Control Centre.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Good General Education.

• NVQ 2 in Customer Services is desirable, but not essential.

• Fluent in English.

• Previous experience in a Customer Services role preferred but not essential.

• Basic IT skills.

• Previous sales experience is an advantage.

The role will require the Control Centre Operative to work five 8 hour shifts over a 7 day period between the hours of 7am and 10pm.

The ideal Control Centre Operative will be motivated with excellent customer service skills. You will be able to build rapport with customers and engineers alike and be able to negotiate in order to fulfill the jobs requirements.
