Accounts Admin Supervisor
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within the Accounts and Administration Department of an industry leading national security company. We are seeking an Accounts Admin Supervisor to join our to join the established in-house team. busy team at Tower Park in Poole.
Ideally familiar with Quickbooks and Microsoft Office, this busy role will also suit candidates with supervisory experience and knowledge in the following:
- Bank reconciliation
- Sales & purchase ledgers
- Credit control
- VAT returns
- CIS returns
It is expected that around 50% of the workload will be accounts-based. The remaining time will be spent overseeing and assisting the admin team in their weekly duties. Due to the reactive nature of the role the workload can vary significantly on a day to day basis and excellent organisational skills will also be essential in order to succeed in what is a fast paced working environment.
This role would suit someone working towards the AAT 2/3 qualifications. The successful candidate will work as part of the Accounts and Admin team reporting directly to the Company Secretary and be comfortable communicating with customers and wider team on a daily basis. In addition, they must have the ability to organise their own workload and work unsupervised.
