Trust Index Statistic 2: Average Response Time
Our average response time measures how quickly our engineers arrive on-site for emergency or non-pre-booked callouts.
Calculation: The total time taken for all emergency callouts divided by Total number of emergency callouts
This does not include appointments that are pre-booked or where a specific time is requested by the customer.
Trust Index Statistic 3: Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is derived directly from our verified Trustpilot reviews.
Calculation: (Number of reviews rated 3 stars or higher ÷ Total number of reviews) × 100
This ensures our satisfaction rating reflects genuine customer experiences across all our services.
